The Taste of Inglewood concert series and food festival was an exciting opportunity for us to interact with the community and get people excited about bringing basketball back to Inglewood. Thousands of people flocked to the iconic Market Street in Downtown Inglewood from February 10-12 to enjoy three full days of music, food, and fun, at the best Super Bowl pre-party in town (Go Rams!). Local vendors lined the streets and gave residents and those in town for the Super Bowl a remarkable taste of what Inglewood is all about.
The ATJV team had a great time at the festival alongside the Los Angeles Clippers booth, where we shared information on the future Intuit Dome arena, talked to people about getting into the construction trades, and of course, gave away some cool swag, including face painting done by Paint-A-Face LA. The team is thrilled to have participated in the first big community event of 2022 and can’t wait to see you all at future events.
We had a special guest stop by at the booth! Chuck the Condor, the Clippers mascot. He has a 10-foot wingspan, is in love with basketball, wears the number 213 to rep LA, and true to his name, rocks red Chuck Taylors on his feet.
