Minority & Disadvantaged Business Opportunities

The Intuit Dome will be a one-of-a-kind destination for basketball and live entertainment. With construction on the new facility slated to begin in Summer 2021, new opportunities for local businesses, union trade partners, and various organizations are on the rise!

As set forth in the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA), all construction contractors have a goal to achieve participation by minority/disadvantaged business enterprises (MBE/DBE) of at least 30% of the total value of funds awarded for contracts and subcontracts related to construction activities during the Project, with a goal of at least 50% of that 30% goal being awarded to local qualified businesses located in Inglewood. The acceptable certifications to satisfy project requirements are Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) only. All firms must be certified by one of the certifying agencies listed below:

California Unified Certification Program

Federal SBA DBE Program

National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)

Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council (Regional Council of NMSDC)
