Kia Forum Holiday Tree Lighting Extravaganza

On the evening of Tuesday, November 28, the Kia Forum transformed into a festive wonderland. More than 2,000 attendees, including members from local schools and Inglewood neighbors, gathered to partake in the celebration of the Kia Forum Holiday Tree Lighting. The event featured snow sledding, local food, lively karaoke sessions, and a lots of family-friendly fun and games. The festivities, free for all attendees, successfully united the community for a memorable and joy-filled occasion.

Adding an informative touch to the festivities, Intuit Dome set up displays of the arena at the event, andattendees had the opportunity to grab the latest updates and a copy of the quarterly newsletter, connecting with the community and sharing insights on ongoing construction. The entire Clippers family joined the festivities, with a highlight being the special appearance of the beloved mascot, Chuck the Condor.

Local refreshments enhanced the celebration with free tamales from Mi Mercadito, kettle popcorn from Keith’s Popcorn, and lattes from Crenshaw Coffee. The night resonated with the melodious tunes of Mariachi Quinto Sol, creating a festive ambiance that truly captured the spirit of the season.
