Inglewood Little League Launches 2024 Season

On March 9th, the Inglewood Little League Opening Day was held on a cloudy but festive morning. Players, coaches, parents, and community members gathered for the ceremony, including the presence of Isaac Yoshinaga Sr., a proud native of Inglewood and the league’s President. In his address, Yoshinaga Sr. reaffirmed his dedication, along with the Board of Directors’ commitment, to propel the league forward, catering to the families who participate season after season.

Intuit Dome was thrilled to participate in this special celebration and offered Clippers giveaway items to those who visited our booth and signed up to receive updates. The team also donated a signed Clippers hat for the event raffle.

Inglewood’s Mayor and City council members spoke to commemorate this special event, while Mr. Yoshinaga pleasantly surprised the league by announcing the debut of a brand new scoreboard at the Rogers Park field to kickstart the season. The Opening Day was a festive occasion that marked the beginning of a new season of youth baseball, fostering community pride and sportsmanship among participants and spectators alike.

The Intuit Dome Community Engagement team wishes the Inglewood Little League good luck for a successful 2024 season!
