On Wednesday, December 7 the KIA Forum celebrated along with over 1,000 attendees from local schools and our Inglewood neighbors at their Holiday Tree Lighting celebration that included snow sledding, food, fun, and games.
At the event, we had our Intuit Dome booth where we passed out our quarterly newsletter, reusable bags, and general project updates.
The festivities included the whole Clippers family with a special appearance from our favorite mascot-Chuck the Condor! There was free local tamales from Mi Mercadito, kettle popcorn from Keith’s Popcorn, and lots of hot chocolate to warm up the cold night. Mariachi Quinto Sol and the Wilder’s Preparatory Academy kid’s choir filled the air with festive music. We had the best time celebrating, feasting, and connecting with the community!
