Celebrating 100 Years of Fairview Heights

On Saturday, October 14, the City of Inglewood and District 2 Councilman, Alex Padilla, celebrated the 100 Year Anniversary of the beloved Fairview Heights neighborhood in District 2.

As soon as you stepped into the park, the aroma of delicious tacos sponsored by Intuit Dome from Carnitas El Artista filled the air. There were also refreshing aguas frescas to beat the fall sun. The highlight of the event was a beautifully crafted cake that commemorated the 100 years of Fairview Heights. A testament to the community’s strength and unity, standing strong for a century.

Intuit Dome was at the event with informative displays and an array of Clippers swag giveaways. Attendees had the chance to snag stylish hats, shirts, keychains, and bags, all while learning about this exciting project that’s transforming Inglewood’s skyline. What made Intuit Dome’s presence even more special was its commitment to the community.

Fairview Heights is a thriving community with a century of stories, and the celebration highlighted its strength and the promise of a brighter future. Intuit Dome is proud to have been a part of this historical milestone, celebrating with the community, sharing Clippers spirit, and giving everyone a taste of the exciting things to come.

Thank you, Inglewood, and here’s to the next 100 years of Fairview Heights!
