The August community meeting for Build Intuit Dome was held at Dolores Huerta Elementary School on the evening of Thursday, August 3 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Thank you to all who attended and contributed to the discussion during this community meeting. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming community engagements.
During the meeting, the AHTJV team provided a comprehensive update on the project’s status, highlighting advancements in construction, ongoing community interaction, and the dedication of the project to sustainable practices. A total of 39 attendees participated in the community meeting. Numerous queries were raised during the Q&A segment, encompassing topics such as the restroom count within Intuit Dome, scheduled tours for Inglewood residents, as well as the extension of Intuit Dome’s commitment to Inglewood schools to encompass the Lennox area. We extend our gratitude to those who engaged in the Q&A session.
The presence of Councilwoman Faulk at the meeting was much appreciated, as it demonstrated her support for Intuit Dome. A highlight of the evening was the raffle of Target gift cards, which were distributed to all attendees, adding a touch of back-to-school enthusiasm to the event.
